I am a multidisciplinary artist who explores themes around
identity, community, and place, often drawing on my Cypriot heritage. I am keenly
interested in abstraction and expressive colour, particularly in relation to
landscapes, both real and imagined.


I enjoy working concurrently across different media, from
painting, ceramics, installation, and film. My paintings and ceramic works
often feature in my installations and film work.


I recently graduated with a BA in Art and Contemporary Craft at
the University of Sussex, at West Dean College of Art and Conservation. &#38;nbsp;For my final piece, I created an art film
titled "Family Dinner”, which was selected to be part of the inaugural Axis film festival in the memory and migration category called Notes from Home.At the moment, I am working on a new body of abstract landscape drawings and paintings, inspired by my time in nature in both the Algarve, Portugal, and the Surrey Hills, England.&#38;nbsp;

	Family Dinner

West Dean College, 2025


	In Family Dinner, I explore my memories of my time with my Cypriot grandparents, who emigrated to England from Cyprus in the 50s. The film is seen through my eyes, from the perspective of an eight-year-old child. 
 It features a ceramic ‘family’ and a set of hinged, skewered, and wheeled paintings. By subverting the conventional function of paintings and repurposing the traditional function of everyday spaces, I seek to challenge our conventional understanding of the objects and rituals we are surrounded by.
